The Board of Directors and the Management Team of the Lynwood Charlton Centre engaged in a strategic planning process in the fall of 2012. Our purpose was to set key directions for the Centre to remain relevant and responsive to the needs of our community, and to position us to respond to anticipated changes in government policies related to children and youth’s mental health programs and services.

Our strategic planning process included an environmental scan; review of our mission and vision; and the formation of strategic priorities.

Once our strategic plan was approved, the Executive Director developed an operational action plan to monitor, evaluate and assess the progress and outcomes of our strategic plan.
