Lynwood Charlton Centre is funded by both the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) and the Ministry of Health (MoH).
The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services and the Ontario Ministry of Health work to:
- Make it easier for families to find services that give kids the best start in life.
- Make it easier for families to access the services they need at all stages of a child’s development.
- Help youth become productive adults.

Our Mission
These Ministries work with with government and community partners to develop and implement policies, programs and a service system that helps give children the best possible start in life, prepare youth to become productive adults and make it easier for families to access the services they need at all stages of a child’s development.

The Ontario Ministry of of Children, Community and Social Services’ policy directive, Moving on Mental Health, has been years in the making.
